  • Navigating challenging transitions

Our goal is to give parents clear, actionable tools they can use right away.

For Professionals & Clinical Teams

We offer advanced trainings for clinicians and interdisciplinary teams on:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD
  • Evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders
  • Assessment and treatment of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
  • Working with complex or treatment-resistant cases

Trainings may include case-based learning, implementation strategies, and integration of tools such as virtual reality (VR) in exposure-based treatment.

Customized Consultation & Speaking Engagements

We also offer tailored presentations, consultations, and speaking engagements for healthcare systems, private practices, and interdisciplinary teams. This includes collaboration with physicians, neurologists, and school-based providers to support coordinated, high-quality care.

In addition, select providers at Mid Island Psychology Associates offer professional consultation to other practices and clinical teams seeking to expand their areas of expertise. This may include guidance on implementing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ERP), developing specialty programs (e.g., OCD, anxiety, ASD, FND), refining diagnostic practices, and supporting complex case conceptualization. Our goal is to help other providers and organizations build confidence, competence, and sustainable clinical programming in specialized areas of care.
